Sip Sip Wok has made its entrance at Virgin Las Vegas, but it didn’t come without complications. The restaurant was officially announced on October 2, 2026, yet it went largely unnoticed. Efforts to get more details from Virgin have had limited success, yielding unclear responses.
The restaurant is described as an Asian eatery and aims to offer a mix of Asian-inspired comfort food, craft cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere featuring industrial design elements. Although originally planned to open on October 1, 2026, this date has passed without any indication that the venue is ready for guests. Rumors suggest that a third-party operator withdrew, raising questions about the restaurant’s viability within Virgin. This is particularly significant as Sip Sip Wok is the fourth Asian restaurant to occupy this location in recent years, following several predecessors since Virgin’s transition from Hard Rock.
