Kirk Cousins Aims to Extend Impressive Performance Against Injured Patriots Defense

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Kirk Cousins, the 38-year-old quarterback for the Las Vegas Raiders, has been a standout performer this season, reaching a career-best 11 touchdown passes through the first four games. Despite suffering his first loss last week against the Kansas City Chiefs, Cousins is determined to maintain his strong performance as they head into a matchup against the New England Patriots, who are grappling with injuries in their secondary.

Cousins expressed confidence in his team, highlighting their dedication and hard work under Klint Kubiak’s leadership. As the Raiders strive for a positive outcome this week, they face a Patriots team that recently secured a win against Buffalo, lifting them to a 2-2 record, even as they deal with the absence of key defensive players. The upcoming game, set for Sunday, is crucial for both teams, with the Raiders looking to solidify their standing at 3-1.
