Exciting Opening Date Announced for The Corner Store at Cosmopolitan

The Corner Store, a famed New York eatery, has announced it will open at the Cosmopolitan on November 9, 2026. Reservations can be made now. While details on pre-ordering their famous pizza rolls remain unclear, patrons are eager to sample the menu.

This restaurant marks the first expansion of the SoHo location created by notable figures Tilman Fertitta, Eugene Remm, and Catch Hospitality Group, with Chef Michael Vignola overseeing the culinary program alongside Las Vegas Executive Chef Daniel Bernardo. The space is set to feature elevated American classics, including signature dishes such as Lobster & Caviar Rolls and Five Cheese Pizza Rolls. Guests can look forward to an extensive cocktail menu and a specially designed interior inspired by vintage train cars.
