LAS VEGAS, NV — After nearly three years since its opening in the southwest valley, the flagship Durango Casino & Resort, operated by Station Casinos, is implementing a significant overhaul within its communal dining space, the Eat Your Heart Out food hall. This transition involves the confirmation of three food hall closures, alongside a lobby location, as part of the establishment’s preparations for a multi-million-dollar North Expansion, as reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Uncle Paulie’s Deli has officially ceased operations, while Yu-Or-Mi Sushi and Vesta Coffee Roasters will conclude their services by November 10, 2026. The reconfiguration of the 25,000-square-foot dining area marks the first substantial adjustment since its December 2023 opening. Although these eateries will close, several staple tenants including Prince Street Pizza and Irv’s Burgers remain operational. A rotating lineup of culinary pop-up stalls is set to debut in the space as the property readies for permanent replacements coming soon.
