Almond & Oat Coffee Bar Launches in shareDOWNTOWN Arts District

LAS VEGAS (Oct. 8, 2026) – Almond & Oat, a contemporary coffee bar founded by Kyle Cunningham and the team behind The Coffee Class, has opened its doors at the shareDOWNTOWN location in Las Vegas’s Arts District. This new addition is part of Cherry Development’s vision for creating a community space within its apartment complex.

Jason LeDell, managing partner at Cherry Development, expressed enthusiasm about welcoming Almond & Oat, highlighting the space’s potential to serve as a neighborhood gathering spot. The café offers a cozy atmosphere with 30 seats, showcasing a diverse menu featuring vegan-friendly beverages made with oat milk, specialty coffees, and fresh pastries. With operating hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, patrons can enjoy the inviting environment designed to enhance the connectivity of the Arts District.
