Modest Refresh for Fontainebleau’s High Limit Slot Area

Fontainebleau recently highlighted the enlargement of its high limit slot room, which indeed has seen some expansion. However, expectations should be tempered as the previous setup was already considered impressive. The supposed ‘expansion’ appears more like a public relations move, effectively generating attention.

The enhancements include 30 new slot machines, bringing the total to 135, and additional floor space. This expansion is described in public relations terms as a remarkable ‘29% explosion’ of machines, focusing on the immersive experience within the room. A new entrance to the high limit table games has been added, along with an assortment of snacks including peanuts, raisins, and cashews, although the overall impact of these changes may not be as groundbreaking as anticipated.

During a recent visit, a significant hand pay was noted, with the player hitting quad aces for $2,000. The high limit room remains visually appealing, boasting classy decor and ample space, and features enticing machines like the Dragon Link with jackpots reaching up to $5 million.
